Job summary

Achieve is launching its mortgage business in Nevada and seeks a call center loan officer who may advance to Branch Manager. This role presents a ground-floor opportunity to shape a growing mortgage practice and help borrowers secure HELOCs through digital personal finance solutions.

You will gain exposure to mortgage-specific systems, build licensed credentials, and work with a team focused on empowering everyday people to move from surviving to thriving financially.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• Active NMLS (or able to be reactivated).
• Pass the SAFE exam.
• Eligible to complete state and federal MLO licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate applicants' financial status, credit, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility.
• Advise clients on mortgage products and the application process.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering required information.
• Operate mortgage sales systems and workflows across the end-to-end process.
• Maintain communication with prospects, applicants, and vendors throughout the process.
• Qualify for multiple state mortgage licenses within 45 days.
