Job summary

Csod is seeking a Mortgage Advisor in Rogers, AR to provide expert real estate lending guidance and financial counseling to Credit Union members. You will help members understand loan options and navigate the application process, supporting loan growth and customer service.

The role requires building relationships with the real estate community, educating members, and collaborating with branch staff to promote real estate programs. NMLS registration is required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Three years real estate lending experience.
• NMLS registration required upon hire.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, policies, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling through interviewing, pre-qualifying, and the mortgage loan application process.
• Monitor and manage the mortgage pipeline and loan status with operations to clear underwriting conditions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the real estate/builder community and promote loan programs.
• Coordinate with branches and mortgage personnel to support programs and member education.
