Upcoresolutions is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of Loan Officers, drive production growth, and ensure a superior customer experience. You will oversee forecasting, pipeline health, and performance metrics while aligning with compliance and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School Diploma/ GED).
• 5+ years' experience in mortgage sales and operations.
• Active NMLS License is preferred.
• 3+ years' experience managing people and leading teams highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage inside sales teams and drive loan production.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in loan origination systems, CRM platforms, and sales technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales forecasts and strategic plans to meet production targets.
• Coach Loan Officers and implement action plans to improve conversion and performance.
• Maintain dashboards and provide updates on production, pipeline, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and BI to optimize lead generation and conversions.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing development for the Inside Sales team.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage lending policies and regulatory requirements.
