Qualifications

• 2+ years in mortgage sales leadership or proven high-level mortgage production leadership.
• Active NMLS registration or applicable state licenses.
• Experience using CRM/LOS and performance-management tech.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop Mortgage Loan Officers.
• Own team production, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Monitor lead response, applications, and funded-loan metrics.
• Provide actionable feedback and coaching during regular meetings.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
