Job summary

NorthStar Hiring Partners is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of Loan Officers and drive production growth. You will forecast performance, manage lead flow, and coach the team toward high conversion and outstanding customer experience.

You will partner with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to optimize processes and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering strong results for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in mortgage sales and operations.
• Active NMLS License is preferred.
• 3+ years' experience managing people and leading teams highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage inside sales teams and drive loan production.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in loan origination systems, CRM platforms, and sales technology tools.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Inside Sales Loan Officers to meet production goals.
• Develop and oversee sales forecasts, KPI tracking, and dashboards for leadership.
• Manage lead distribution, conversion, and borrower engagement strategies.
• Oversee staffing, call center operations, and service level targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, Marketing, and IT to improve processes.
• Design and evaluate compensation and performance programs to drive results.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage lending policies and regulations.
