Job summary

Tricascade Tech in Chicago seeks an experienced leader to steer the Inside Sales Loan Officer group. You will develop and coach a high-performing team, drive loan production, and refine sales workflows to optimize borrower experience.

You’ll manage forecasts and KPIs, collaborate across departments, and ensure compliance with lending regulations. A strong background in LOS/CRM and 5+ years in mortgage sales is essential for this senior role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in mortgage sales and operations.
• 3+ years of people management or team leadership.
• Experience managing inside sales teams and driving loan production.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and lending regulations.
• Experience with LOS, CRM platforms, and sales technology.
• Strong analytical, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Loan Officers to achieve sales and loan origination goals.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, KPIs, productivity, and team performance.
• Optimize lead distribution, follow-ups, conversion rates, and borrower experience.
• Oversee daily sales operations, call center performance, and workforce planning.
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Underwriting, and other teams to improve business performance.
• Manage sales incentives, compensation plans, quality assurance, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to mortgage lending regulations and company policies.
