The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mortgage sales, an active NMLS license, and strong leadership with a proven track record of boosting performance. This role offers a dynamic, target-driven environment in the Chicago area.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of mortgage sales and operations experience.
• Active NMLS License required.
• 3+ years of team management experience preferred.
• Proven track record of managing inside sales teams and driving loan production.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting, and lending regulations.
• Experience with CRM platforms and Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and coach Inside Sales Loan Officers to achieve sales and loan origination targets.
• Develop sales strategies, forecasts, and performance improvement plans.
• Monitor KPIs, lead conversion, sales pipelines, productivity, and profitability.
• Oversee lead distribution, follow-ups, call center operations, and workforce planning.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Underwriting, Compliance, and other departments.
• Improve customer experience, sales efficiency, and borrower retention.
• Manage sales incentives, performance reviews, and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage lending regulations, including RESPA and HMDA.
