Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Document Processing Assistant in Santa Ana, CA. The role features a pay rate of $18.50 per hour and a Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5 pm schedule. You will support mortgage loan file review and data entry within a professional team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years' experience working with mortgage loans in a document review, file clerk or data entry capacity.
• Knowledge of Excel and typing skills above 45WPM are also required.
• Must be comfortable with numbers as the filing is all numeric.
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage loan files for completion and accuracy.
• Update loan files.
• Data entry support for the loan servicing department.
• Respond to requests and inquiry from client companies.
• Audit files for accuracy before shipping out to customers.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and other internal departments.
• Respond to client requests.
