• Verify accuracy and completeness of documents before submission.
• Update records, correct inconsistencies, and track changes.
• Coordinate with loan officers and processors to clarify missing or unclear details.
• Maintain organized digital files and follow strict data-handling procedures.
• Generate basic data reports for teams as required.
