Job summary

UFCU is seeking a Manager, Mortgage Lending Compliance and Quality Control to lead UFCU’s Mortgage Lending Compliance and Quality Control program across Mortgage Lending. You will partner with Legal, Lending, Risk, and other leaders to build a scalable compliance framework enabling responsible growth, sound risk management, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mortgage, fair lending, lending quality control, or a closely related regulatory compliance function.
• Three (3) years of demonstrated leadership experience, including experience developing and leading teams with direct or indirect reporting relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage lending compliance requirements and related operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead mortgage lending compliance and quality control activities including HMDA reporting, ECOA and Fair Lending compliance, and quality control reviews.
• Develop and maintain procedures and coverage models for critical lending compliance responsibilities.
• Partner with Legal, Lending, Risk, and other leaders to monitor regulatory changes and implement scalable compliance processes.
• Communicate compliance performance and risks to Mortgage Lending leadership and stakeholders.
