Job summary

The Manager, Lending Compliance leads compliance and quality control professionals to support UFCU's adherence to applicable laws, regulations, internal requirements, and risk standards through the ongoing improvement of UFCU's compliance program.

This role partners with business and functional leadersacross the credit union to evaluate regulatory changes, translate requirements into practicalupdates to products, services, practices, policies, and processes, and support effective change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum of five years of compliance experience in financial services.
• Minimum of three years of demonstrated management and supervisory leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop compliance and quality control staff.
• Oversee monitoring, testing, and reporting activities.
• Build cross-functional relationships to influence risk-based decisions.
• Coordinate examination, audit, and remediation activities.
• Provide guidance on regulatory developments and compliance performance.
