• 5+ years in mortgage quality control, compliance, servicing, auditing, risk management, or related area.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations, agency guidelines, and investor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead mortgage quality control reviews pre-closing and post-closing.
• Identify and report loan defects, documentation gaps, and compliance exceptions.
• Validate income, assets, credit, and regulatory compliance requirements.
