Qualifications

• Minimum five years in mortgage processing/underwriting/quality control.
• Experience with appraisal and closing documentation.
• Knowledge of ECOA, HMDA and related regulations.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-funding and post-closing QC reviews and report findings.
• Conduct monthly portfolio and declined loan reviews with written recommendations.
• Manage QC procedures and vendor relationships; ensure timely reporting and compliance.
• Review and ensure ECOA/HMDA compliance across loan files; coordinate with management for improvements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff and collaborate with internal partners.
