Job summary

University Federal Credit Union seeks a Manager to lead the Mortgage Lending Compliance and Quality Control program across Mortgage Lending. You will partner with Legal, Lending, Risk, and other leaders to develop a scalable compliance framework aligning with federal/state regulations and UFCU's growth and risk goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of mortgage, fair lending, or lending quality control compliance experience.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into practical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and lead a team in mortgage lending compliance and quality control.
• Oversee HMDA reporting, ECOA and Fair Lending compliance, and QC reviews.
• Develop procedures and coverage models for lending compliance responsibilities.
• Lead regulatory change management and communicate with Legal and Mortgage Leadership.
• Partner with Mortgage Services to prepare for audits and exams.
