Job summary

UFCU Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Manager of Mortgage Lending Compliance and Quality Control to lead the compliance program across Mortgage Lending. You will partner with Legal, Lending, Risk, and business leaders to build a scalable framework that supports responsible growth and strong risk management.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mortgage, fair lending, lending quality control, or a closely related regulatory compliance function.
Three (3) years of demonstrated leadership experience, including leading teams.
Advanced knowledge of mortgage lending compliance requirements and related operational controls.

Responsibilities

Lead Mortgage Lending Compliance and Quality Control across the program.
Oversee HMDA reporting, ECOA and Fair Lending compliance, and QC reviews.
Develop and maintain procedures for regulatory compliance activities and training.
Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate implementation with Mortgage Services and Legal leadership.
Communicate compliance performance and risks to Mortgage Lending leadership.
