Job summary

The Servion Group based in New Brighton, Minnesota, is currently looking for an Entry Level Resolution Specialist. You will handle outbound resolution calls and participate in training new staff while managing mortgage compliance and collection processes.

This role requires thorough knowledge of mortgage lending practices and the ability to engage with various stakeholders. Compensation ranges from $21.12 to $25.27 per hour, with a range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of first mortgage real estate lending practices and federal regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with AllRegs is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound resolution calls using early delinquency reports.
• Train new and current Resolutions Specialists.
• Coordinate requests for loan modifications.
