Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service/administrative experience preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in problem solving, communication, financial analysis, and fair collections practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop use of collection software and systems; improve delinquency management.
• Identify and resolve branch collection issues and coordinate with offices.
• Recommend accounts for foreclosure, short sale or charge-offs when appropriate.
• Prepare loan modification or repayment plans; analyze departmental reports.
• Ensure timely collections and monitor progress; maximize skip tracing.
