Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years mortgage funding/closing experience.
• Experience with Encompass preferred.
• Knowledge of residential lending regulations.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review approved loans to ensure documents, conditions, and requirements are complete prior to funding.
• Verify closing documents are dated, signed, and notarized.
• Balance loan packages and set up lender wires for closing.
• Ensure compliance with TRID guidelines and funding timelines.
• Coordinate with title/settlement and other parties to obtain missing documents.
• Upload final documents into Marine Credit Union imaging system and update core records.
