Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Advanced education in accounting, business administration or related field preferred.
• 2 years Banking Experience or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Process, document, and close mortgage loans, HELOCs, and other consumer loans.
• Prepare closing packages and fund after signatures.
• Prepare loans for sale on secondary market as needed.
• Stay current with regulatory/compliance changes affecting mortgage lending and processing.
