The Servion Group is seeking a Mortgage loan closing specialist to assemble, prepare, and verify closing documents for state- and federal-regulated loan transactions. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with residential mortgage loan documentation and TRID guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline of multiple loan types and ensure accuracy of closing disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan closing documents within LOS (Encompass) and ensure accuracy of borrower information.
• Manage a pipeline of conventional, portfolio, USDA, FHA/VA loans.
• Complete and provide Closing Disclosure within TRID timing guidelines.
• Monitor borrower receipt of Closing Disclosure and ensure fees comply with TILA/RESPA.
