Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule with regular attendance.
• Experience handling high-volume calls in a call center.
• Proven multitasking, listening, and typing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally and deliver exceptional service.
• Execute transactions such as payments, billing and account changes.
• Explain financial information including Tax, Insurance and Escrow.
• Identify customer needs and resolve problems using documented procedures.
