The role includes unloading trucks, stocking, and supporting omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and offering solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain store appearance and planograms.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and participate in store recovery and shelf replenishment.
