Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Team Member in Chicago, IL to support early mornings and weekend shifts. You will help customers, locate products, and provide solutions while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include serving at the checkout with proper cash handling, assisting with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms. You will engage customers about rewards and promotions and follow SOPs and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy boxes.
• Willingness to work early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery.
• Support Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS, as needed.
