Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for morning shifts at one or more job sites in New Carlisle, IN. You will handle worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management while ensuring site security and smooth operations.

The role requires professionalism, strong English communication, and willingness to work flexible hours with potential travel across the US. Prior customer service experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Able to obtain required licensing and pass drug screen/background.
• Must follow SOPs and communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Willing to work shift-based mornings; some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, creating records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Assist with access control, tech troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Support customers with one-time and ongoing access control needs.
