Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain work relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance for entrants.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries, create records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and related logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support customers with on-site access needs.
