Qualifications

• WSFWC required or able to obtain
• 2 years cooking experience preferred in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety practices
• Team player with courteous, professional demeanor
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures
• Be punctual and attend all meetings
• Stock and set up kitchen stations
• Ensure food products meet recipe specs for preparation and quality
• Coordinate with front of house to ensure timely orders
• Complete opening, running, closing duties and side work
• Maintain sanitation and food safety procedures and laws
• Create a safe work environment to minimize risks
