Job summary

Compass Group USA, via Restaurant Associates in Seattle, is hiring a part-time Prep Cook to support dining and event service at prestigious venues. Schedule: Monday through Wednesday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and Thursday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Fixed pay rate: $33.70 per hour.

You will prep items from production sheets, follow established recipes, and ensure quality and portion control. You must have a valid Washington Food Handler's card and comply with HACCP guidelines.

• Prior experience in a kitchen or prep area is helpful.
• Ability to follow recipes and production sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items from production sheets following recipes and quantities.
