You will handle pricing, restocking, unloading merchandise, and supporting omnichannel initiatives while contributing to the store's merchandise strategy and learning from peers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store.
• Willingness to work early morning shifts.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in-store and help customers.
• Execute pricing and signing across the store.
• Replenish and restock merchandise to meet customer needs.
• Assist with unloading merchandise and maintaining backroom standards.
• Support omnichannel initiatives (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, Merchandise Receiving).
• Contribute to merchandise strategy and execute plans.
• Learn and adapt from training materials and peers.
