Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our Smyrna club in Delaware.

You will greet members, process sign-ups, answer questions, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Starting wage is $15 per hour with scheduled weekend and weekday shifts, and periodic pay increases after set intervals.

Benefits include PTO, shift-differential pay for select shifts, and an employee Black Card membership.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
