Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Plymouth Meeting/Conshohocken, PA club. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities in a fast-paced fitness environment.

This on-site position offers hourly wage starting at $12, with increases on schedule and opportunities for growth. Benefits include PTO, health options, and a 401K match as part of a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and sign up new members; log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.

Job Location: L117 Plymouth Meeting - Conshohocken, PA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Second Shift, Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Thursday and Friday 1PM - 9PM

Saturday and Sunday 11AM - 7PM

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script


• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.


• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner


• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system


• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members


• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

• Customer service experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older


• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling


• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.


• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift


• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift


• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
