Job summary

Planet Fitness in Middletown, DE is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time night shift (Mon-Thu 10PM–6AM). Starting pay is $16 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter.

Expect duties including member greetings, sign-ups, and POS transactions. Benefits include PTO, 401K with employer match, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Schedule: Monday 10PM - 6AM, Tuesday 10PM - 6AM, Wednesday 10PM - 6AM & Thursday 10PM - 6AM.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
