Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for the Montgomeryville area. You will answer phones, greet members, register new members, and log amenities while promoting fitness classes to enhance member engagement.

The role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to a friendly, professional member experience. Shift includes weekend hours and provides growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required or preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to our members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Shift: Second Shift

Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour.

Saturday and Sunday 11 AM to 7 PM.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
