Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform simple mathematical functions.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience that involved cash handling.
• Basic computer skills, including membership software and time clock.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide outstanding service.
• Perform basic member and program transactions and tours.
• Promote the YMCA and connect members with community programs.
• Maintain lobby appearance and safety, resolve issues when needed.
