Savage in Midvale, UT is seeking a Morning Receptionist to welcome visitors, answer calls, and support a professional front desk. The role offers a morning schedule, Monday–Friday, 7 AM–1 PM, on-site in Midvale. Ideal candidates are friendly, punctual, and able to coordinate mail, packages, and visitor sign-in while upholding security procedures.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Previous office or reception experience preferred.
• Friendly, adaptable, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and transfer calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Serve as the first and primary contact for customers and guests.
• Greet visitors and ensure a positive arrival experience.
• Follow visitor security and sign-in procedures.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Collaborate with reception and facilities teams to maintain a professional front desk.
• Maintain a clean and safe reception and lobby area.
• Assist with projects as needed and cross-train within facilities.
