You will handle calls, guide inquiries to the Sales team, support move-in preparations, and keep the front desk and Bistro inviting.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families warmly and professionally.
• Answer and route calls with accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support Sales inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
