Western States Lodging & Management is seeking a Guest Services Representative at Staybridge Midvale. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle payments, and provide information on amenities and local attractions.

The role requires excellent customer service, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage reservations and guest accounts. This full-time, on-site position offers weekend/holiday availability, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including insurance, 401(k),

Competenze

• 0–1 year of hospitality, customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and welcoming communication style.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel systems.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out, register guests, assign rooms, issue keys, and process payments.
• Accommodate special requests to create a personalized guest experience.
• Answer calls and respond to guest questions and requests promptly.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
• Assist with pre-registration and reservation blocking when needed.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Follow cash handling policies and complete front desk duties accurately.
• Audit group guest accounts for charges and postings.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Stay knowledgeable about brand standards and promotions.
• Drive the hotel shuttle when required.
