Job summary

The Village Health Clubs and Spas is seeking a Welcome Desk Attendant for the early morning shift. The role involves greeting members, answering phones, and assisting guests to ensure a positive, welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality/customer service experience and be able to work mornings, nights, and weekends. All employees receive a free health club membership as a perk.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to operate multi-line telephone systems and basic computer/data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Check in members and manage reservations for programs or courts.
• Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean, inviting state.
