Job summary

Village Health Clubs and Spas in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Welcome Desk Attendant for a part-time, early morning shift. You will greet members and guests, answer phones, process sign-ups, and handle cash transactions with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will support front desk operations, assist with membership inquiries, and help manage court reservations, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere aligned with Village standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to operate multi-line telephone systems and greet guests.
• Experience handling cash and non-cash transactions.
• Basic computer and data entry skills required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, attentive service to members and guests.
• Greet and check-in members with hospitality.
• Handle transactions accurately at front desk.
• Assist with program sign-ups and court reservations.
• Answer phones and route to appropriate staff.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Support membership activities as needed.
