Job summary

Invited is seeking a Front Desk Fitness Attendant to greet members and guests with enthusiasm, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide towel and water service during workouts. You will deliver friendly service that reflects our Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells.

Connect with members, promote club activities and amenities, answer phones, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Prior customer service in hospitality or fitness is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Comfortable interacting with members and guests on a regular basis.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and assist with check-ins/check-outs.
• Promote club activities and amenities to members.
• Provide towel and water service during workouts and maintain a clean workspace.
• Answer phones promptly and direct calls as needed.
