Job summary

Invited is seeking a Front Desk Fitness Attendant to enhance the member experience with warm greetings and seamless service at the club. You will greet members, assist with inquiries, manage check-ins/check-outs, and ensure a welcoming environment that resonates with our Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells ethos.

You will promote club amenities and programs while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Hospitality or fitness environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
