Qualifications

• Knowledge of multi-line telephone systems and guest communications.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor.
• Familiarity with court reservation systems and basic computer use.
• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire through company training.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy front-desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members with genuine hospitality and clear communication.
• Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Provide information on club amenities, programs, and local areas.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Assist members with program registrations and reservations.
• Maintain a clean front desk and related areas, ensuring safety.
