Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead to manage the foodservice area, ensure safety, cleanliness, and stock, and help guests with the Hi Five experience. The role covers opening prep, daily kitchen duties, and maintaining product quality across all foodservice zones.

The candidate will oversee food safety, operate the POS, and collaborate with management to train staff. This full-time position runs Mon-Sat with early morning hours, offering competitive hourly pay and growth

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak English clearly to communicate with customers.
• Must obtain Food Safety certification per state regulations.
• Ability to operate POS system and handle cash transactions.
• Ability to lift up to 21 pounds and work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute food lead duties including stocking, dating, and safe food handling.
• Maintain clean, organized foodservice and store areas following SOPs.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience by greeting and assisting guests.
