Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead responsible for a safe, clean and stocked foodservice area, including knowledge of programs, product offerings, equipment and SOPs, and helping associates grow foodservice sales.

In this role you will deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, supervise food prep, handle ordering and inventory, operate the POS, monitor temperatures, and maintain cleanliness and safety across all foodservice zones.

Qualifications

• Ability to become Food Safety certified under state regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and manage transactions.
• Ability to handle monetary transactions and give correct change.
• Understanding of foodservice programs, SOPs and alcohol/tobacco sales regulations.

Responsibilities

• Turn on and stock foodservice equipment per SOPs; ensure correct dating and food safety.
• Prepare fresh condiments and ensure proper expiration times on products.
• Maintain temperature logs and ensure foodservice areas are stocked Monday–Friday 5AM–12PM.
• Ensure FIFO and food safety standards across all foodservice zones.
• Train and supervise associates on foodservice programs during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice areas.
