Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food Lead to manage the foodservice area, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support guest experience with the Hi Five framework. The role includes stocking, dating, training associates, and maintaining compliance with SOPs and state laws related to alcohol and tobacco sales.

Responsibilities include operating foodservice equipment, handling orders, and maintaining service standards across the store while ensuring product availability and proper temperature

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Food Safety certification as required by state regulations.
• Lift/carry up to 21 pounds and work in cool environments.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure date coding and food safety.
• Prepare fresh condiments with proper dating.
• Operate HTG Oven & Warmer, prepare sandwiches per SOPs and place on warmer.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Ensure foodservice product availability Monday–Friday, 5AM–12PM.
• Train associates on foodservice programs during shifts.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Support POS operations and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness of foodservice areas and compliance with SOPs.
• Order foodservice supplies to prevent stockouts.
