Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Food & Beverage Lead for a full‑time, five‑day week with a 4am–12pm shift, Monday through Saturday. The role oversees safe, clean, stocked foodservice areas, enforces SOPs, and trains teammates to grow foodservice sales while delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience.

You will manage equipment, temperature logs, ordering, and daily duties across foodservice and store responsibilities, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to UDF, state food safety regulations.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience with warm, authentic service and ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Maintain safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas; follow SOPs and production guides to prepare items.
• Turn on and manage equipment (Roller Grill, HTG Oven/Warmer), date food, and monitor expiration times.
• Keep temperature logs and ensure food safety across all foodservice areas.
• Order and restock foodservice supplies to avoid out‑of‑stocks; wash, rinse, and sanitize equipment.
• Assist with training associates to execute foodservice programs during shifts.
