Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead to supervise the foodservice area in a store, ensuring safety, cleanliness and correct product dating. The role includes serving guests with the Hi Five experience and guiding team members on foodservice programs, SOPs and compliance with all regulations.

The candidate will manage daily operations, oversee stock, and assist with ordering and training to grow foodservice sales while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide and ensure proper dating.
• Prepare sandwiches and condiments following SOPs and ensure product freshness.
• Maintain temperature logs and monitor foodservice areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure accurate POS transactions and proper handling of cash and payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization in all foodservice areas.
