Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead to manage the store's foodservice area, ensuring safety, proper stocking, and staff guidance. The role follows a 4am–12pm, five-day week schedule with full-time hours.

The incumbent will deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Experience with foodservice programs and POS operations is valued.

Qualifications

• Must speak and understand English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Food Safety certification required by UDF/state regulations.
• Able to operate POS terminal and process transactions accurately.
• Able to handle coins, currency and transactions.
• Provide outstanding guest service following Hi Five experience principles.
• Must be able to stock, date and rotate food items correctly.

Responsibilities

• Turn on equipment and stock per SOP; ensure products are dated and safe.
• Prepare condiments with correct dating.
• Turn on ovens and warmers; ensure correct expiration times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice areas.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and train staff on foodservice programs.
• Operate POS system for transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with stock ordering to prevent out-of-stocks.
