Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food Lead for a full-time role with a 4am–12pm schedule, five days a week. You will lead foodservice operations, ensure product safety, and provide outstanding guest service following the Hi Five Experience.

Responsibilities include stocking, dating, and maintaining cleanliness across all foodservice areas, while training associates and enforcing SOPs and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to learn and apply SOPs and food safety rules.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate foodservice equipment per SOPs and production guide.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper dating for all food items.
• Assist guests with Hi Five experience and service standards.
• Stock and rotate merchandise to prevent outs of foodservice items.
