Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead to oversee the foodservice area, ensure safety and stock integrity, and support guest experiences from 4am to 12pm, five days a week. The role includes managing food preparation, dating, equipment use, and adherence to SOPs across all foodservice stations.

The candidate will also train associates on foodservice programs, maintain logbooks, and follow The Hi Five Guest Experience standards to ensure guest satisfaction and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to UDF, state food safety regulations.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and cash handling.
• Ability to perform food preparation and maintain cleanliness per SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to every Guest by following the five phases of The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the store in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice areas per SOPs and product rotation.
• Assist associates on duty with proper knowledge to grow foodservice sales.
• Execute food safety, dating, stocking, and equipment procedures to minimize waste and stockouts.
