Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food Lead to manage foodservice operations, ensure proper dating and safety, and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will assist in keeping the deli, HTG warmers, and foodservice areas stocked, clean, and compliant with SOPs.

The role requires English communication, food safety certification, and the ability to operate POS systems during a full-time schedule, including early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Food safety certification required.
• Ability to operate POS system and handle transactions.
• Basic arithmetic and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS and handle gas sales and transactions.
• Stock and date all food products according to SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in foodservice areas.
• Support guests with the Hi Five experience.
• Adhere to cash handling, security, and inventory procedures.
